Fees Include:
admission to the sessions, Book of Abstracts, PowerPoint Presentations as a download from the conference website, refreshments throughout the conference, 2 lunches, admission to the Welcome Cocktail and Conference Dinner, VAT at 21 %.
If more than one participant applies, please fill in a separate form for each participant.
CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
Registration cancellations will be accepted with a refund as follows:

emailed or faxed prior to 10th September 2016:
full refund (less 10% administration fee)

emailed or faxed from 11th September to 15th October 2016:
50% refund (or 50% payment to be made to AF POWER agency if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)

emailed or faxed on 16th October 2016 and later:
no refunds will be given (or 100% payment to be made to AF POWER agency if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)
Substitutions may be made at any time without an extra charge. If you wish to substitute a registered participant, please contact the Conference Secretariat at the earliest opportunity.
